Information we collect

FocusFlow may collect account, profile, and productivity information that users provide or create while using the app.

  • Name, email address, profile image, password authentication data, and account timestamps.
  • Tasks, categories, Pomodoro sessions, daily statistics, achievements, and app settings.
  • Browser preferences such as language, theme, notification permission, and active timer state.

How we use information

This information is used to provide the FocusFlow service and keep the experience consistent across sessions.

  • Authenticate users and protect account access.
  • Persist tasks, timers, focus sessions, streaks, analytics, and settings.
  • Support app installation, service worker behavior, and optional browser notifications.

Sharing and service providers

FocusFlow does not sell personal information. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers that host the application, database, and Microsoft Store distribution workflow, only as needed to operate and publish the app.

Storage and retention

Account and productivity data is retained while the account remains active or as needed to operate the service. Users can request account or data deletion through the support channel configured for the Microsoft Store listing.

Security

FocusFlow uses HTTPS in production, password hashing, signed HTTP-only session cookies, and scoped server APIs to reduce unauthorized access risk. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, but the app is designed to collect limited data and protect it responsibly.

Updates and questions

This policy may be updated when authentication, notifications, analytics, hosting, database storage, or other material data handling changes. For privacy questions, use the public support page or the Microsoft Store support contact for FocusFlow Productivity.
